PDHPE teaches primary school students to lead healthy, active, and fulfilling lives through developing personal health, engaging in physical activity, learning safety skills, building positive relationships, and having fun. It encourages healthy eating, regular exercise, safety awareness, resolving conflicts, and resisting peer pressure. Students learn the importance of maintaining a balanced diet, staying physically fit, following safety rules, communicating well with others, and caring for their peers.

2. Eat Healthy!
PDH (Personal Development Health) encourages
students to:
• Eat a nutritious balanced diet
• Maintain healthy
• Make effective healthy choices
• Understand their bodies

3. Be Active!
PDHPE help kids to be active through healthy
decision-making, generating personal goals and
playing sports and fun games!
Students can learn the benefit of living a healthy
lifestyle by staying fit; both that are enjoyable
and important for health.

4. Safety Rulez!
Safety rules help students about fundamental life
skills, safety precautions and awareness.
Some safety rules are:
• Look left and right (Road Safety)
• “Stranger Danger” (Community Safety)
• Swim between the flags (Water Safety)
• “No hat, No play” (Sun Safety)
• Dial 000 (Emergency Safety)
