Clomifene encourages the monthly release of an egg from the ovaries (ovulation). If clomifene is unsuccessful in encouraging Lifestyle interventions are the first treatments doctors recommend for PCOS, and they often work well. Weight loss can treat PCOS symptoms and improve the odds of getting pregnant. Diet and aerobic exercise are two effective ways to lose weight. Medicines are an option if lifestyle changes don't work, another medication called Metformin may be recommended. Metformin is often used to treat type 2 diabetes, but it can also lower insulin and blood sugar levels in women with PCOS.

ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) is a specialized form of in vitro fertilization (IVF) used to treat male infertility. It involves injecting a single sperm directly into an egg to facilitate fertilization. ICSI is beneficial when the male partner has low sperm count, poor sperm motility, or abnormal sperm morphology. By bypassing natural barriers to fertilization, ICSI increases the chances of successful fertilization and subsequent pregnancy for couples struggling with male infertility.

Flu Vaccine Alert in Bangalore Karnatakaaddon Scans
As flu season approaches, health officials in Bangalore, Karnataka, are urging residents to get their flu vaccinations. The seasonal flu, while common, can lead to severe health complications, particularly for vulnerable populations such as young children, the elderly, and those with underlying health conditions.
Dr. Vidisha Kumari, a leading epidemiologist in Bangalore, emphasizes the importance of getting vaccinated. "The flu vaccine is our best defense against the influenza virus. It not only protects individuals but also helps prevent the spread of the virus in our communities," he says.
This year, the flu season is expected to coincide with a potential increase in other respiratory illnesses. The Karnataka Health Department has launched an awareness campaign highlighting the significance of flu vaccinations. They have set up multiple vaccination centers across Bangalore, making it convenient for residents to receive their shots.
To encourage widespread vaccination, the government is also collaborating with local schools, workplaces, and community centers to facilitate vaccination drives. Special attention is being given to ensuring that the vaccine is accessible to all, including marginalized communities who may have limited access to healthcare.
Residents are reminded that the flu vaccine is safe and effective. Common side effects are mild and may include soreness at the injection site, mild fever, or muscle aches. These side effects are generally short-lived and far less severe than the flu itself.
Healthcare providers are also stressing the importance of continuing COVID-19 precautions. Wearing masks, practicing good hand hygiene, and maintaining social distancing are still crucial, especially in crowded places.
Protect yourself and your loved ones by getting vaccinated. Together, we can help keep Bangalore healthy and safe this flu season. For more information on vaccination centers and schedules, residents can visit the Karnataka Health Department’s official website or follow their social media pages.
Stay informed, stay safe, and get your flu shot today!

2. Introduction
PCOS stands for Polycystic ovary syndrome. It is a disorder that influences
any woman’s hormonal phases. A woman who is in PCOS condition produces
more than ordinary proportions of a male’s hormones. Such hormone
unevenness results in their body missing out on their periods and this results
in making it tougher for women to conceive.
3. Symptoms of PCOS
Enormous bleeding. The lining in the uterine extends for a lengthier duration,
so the menstrual you do receive can be more massive than ordinary.
Addition in hair growth. 70 percent or even more women having PCOS
condition are observed with the growth of hair on their face and body parts.
Unstable periods. The absence of ovulation obstructs the uterine lining from
relieving each month. Few women having PCOS get less than eight menstrual
periods in one year or none at all.
Pimples/Acne. Men’s hormones can give rise to the skin being oilier than
normal and result in breakouts on areas such as the face, upper back, and
chest.
4. Causes of PCOS
The actual reason for PCOS isn’t understood yet, however, elements that may play
a part comprise:
Abundance insulin.
The hormone generated in the pancreas is insulin. It enables cells to utilize sugar,
also it is the major energy supplier of your body.
Inferior grade inflammation. This phrase is used to characterize white blood
cells’ generation of materials to protest infection.
Heritage. The study indicates that specific genes may be correlated to PCOS.
Surplus androgen. The ovaries elicit unusually high phases of androgen,
occurring in acne and hirsutism.
