This document describes an eTwinning project that aims to motivate students aged 15-16 to learn about the lives of young people in other countries. Over the course of 9 months, students will compare the lives of their parents and grandparents, and discuss different generations' spiritual values and the technical tools used in daily life. The goals are to motivate learning, promote group work, integrate ICT tools into the classroom, improve foreign language skills, and increase understanding of the European reality and students' ICT abilities. A variety of Web 2.0 tools like blogs, forums and social networks will be used. The pedagogical basis includes cooperative, peer-to-peer, discovery and connectivist learning.
