- Verify the patients data, by checking the record sheet,
chart
- - Introduce immediate personnel
- - Assist patient to the treatment area
- - Ask the patient o change clothes, into a hospital gown if
necessary
 Perform examination & evaluation procedure establish
baseline values like vital signs, do history taking,
present conditon medications, previois PT treaments

