• Specific – Our goal is to enter the market and attract our target audience. Since
market demands include new and original approaches, we consider that our
service is tailored to the market requirments. 
• Measurable – Our target at the first stage is to attract 2-3 clients a week, because
at the initial stage company’s resources are restricted. Average cost range of the
birthday party is GEL 1000-10 000; Customers’ age is not restricted.
• Achievable –Company cooperates with advertising and transporting
companies, restaurants, cafes, hotels, event halls and companies providing
technial provision. Being the sole compamy on the market rendering this service,
we believe our goal is attainable.
• Realistic – The very first birthday organizesd by our company proved to be
successful, because the majority of guests attending the party expressed desire to
cooperate with us in futue. Proceeding from the company’s specifics, customer is
not restricted in budget and can organize original birthday party with the budget
she or he can afford.
• Timed – We plan to render service to 2-3 customers a week during the first 2-3
month. We will look though our resources in three month, real opportunities of
growing business and we plan to double our clients number in 6 month.
