19. Snapshots - IDEA XCHANGE 2011
An annual conference organized on behalf of the Asian
Institute of Management Alumni Association of India,
featuring renowned heavyweights from corporate and
political fields. Composure was offered the opportunity to
manage and execute the project across all elements of the
event.
20. Snapshots – TGC Financial Centre Launch
A uniquely challenging brief asked us to organize a launch
party in a building still under construction. The objective
of the party was to invite commercial real estate agents to
visit the venue and enjoy the client’s hospitality. The
entire operations for set up and execution including food
and beverage was undertaken by us at less than a
fortnight’s notice.

An annual conference organized every year by HSBC
Securities as a platform to recognize and appreciate their
clients as well as provide unique content and entertainment.
CIMS was privileged to be entrusted with the task of
complete event management services
22. Snapshots – Plastindia ‘Say YES to Plastics’ Pavilion February
2012
A unique showcase covering the gamut of the indispensable role
played by the Plastics industry at the regions most relevant and
largest platform for the industry. A massive undertaking spanning
almost 10000 sq. ft was successfully undertaken and executed
within a time frame of 6 weeks from receiving the brief.
