10. How would it work for YOU ?
The course is a 1 Year certification program.
Below is the process flow in stages :
• Identification of students from the course you want to take up for the internship.
• You could identify intake students :
> During the student acquisition period
> During the course
• Decide on project allocation for the intern intakes.
• Induct them into the system and provide brief training .
• Allocate work and measure performance during the period
• Move them across projects or work practices in line to your business
requirements.
• Hire some/ all of the resources at the end of the period at fixed Salary ( much
lower than market value ) and integrate them to your system.
