Capacity

our customers’ phone services, we maintain full-scale
laboratory testing facilities, which enable us to trial
any network amendments prior to rollout.

Availability
Power and temperature regulation
systems are all state of the art.
This includes N+1. If one system
should fail, another full-capacity
system will automatically and
seamlessly take its place.
All our power systems are monitored electronically
every 15 seconds and alerts are sent automatically via
SMS. Our datacenter operations utilise VESDA (Very
Early Smoke Detection Alert) systems and also oversee
heat and carbon monoxide levels.
