Paramount Corporate Services is value added service provider for gamut of financial
services outsourcing, assurance and attestation services ,legal entities formation
and registration services.
The firm has been in operation since year 2013 and has been able to build enviable
portfolio of over hundred corporate and non corporate clients. The firm has two
offices in Mumbai and Thane with staff strength of ten.
We have set our aspirations for being India’s premier accountancy firm having pan
India presence providing par excellence professional services in the fields of work
listed above.

5. LEADERSHIP
Mr. Shabbir Amreliwala B.Com, FCA, DISA (ICAI), has been at the helm of affairs at Paramount Corporate Services
since its incorporation. Under his leadership the firm has transcended from being a micro size one person outfit
to multi-location firm operating out of two offices in Mumbai and Thane with staff strength of ten.
He has build an enviable clientele base from zero with more than hundred corporate and non-corporate clients
in less than three years.
With a keen eye for execution , he has developed and implemented systems and processes which ensure
consistency in delivery of services to clients across business verticals.
A veteran of Statutory and Internal Audits and Financial Services Outsourcing, Mr. Shabbir Amreliwala has lead
audits and FSO services assignments for listed companies, large corporates and plethora of clients from start-up
and SME segments. He has experience with organisations in textiles, plastic processing, packaging, non-ferrous
metals, hospitality, pharma, clinical research, FMCG, airports, transportation, auto and auto ancillary, banks,
media and entertainment, oil and gas ancillary, etc.
Being a true leader, he has inspired his colleagues to pursue professional education and take up challenging
assignments which has resulted in Paramount Corporate Services pulling off technically and mentally exigent
assignments.

Mr. Babit Saroj B.Com (Honours), Company Secretary (Finalist) has experienced of more than 4 years out of
which 3 years he has worked at Paramount Corporate Services.
His key strength is execution and vast working knowledge which he has gathered over time.
His areas of specialisation includes accounts outsourcing services, legal entities formation and compliance under
Companies Act, 2013 and Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008.Companies Act, 2013 and Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008.
He has played instrumental role in developing and nurturing client relationships positioning
Paramount Corporate Services on solid footing.
He has experience with organisations textiles, plastic processing, pharma, hospitality, transportation, media and
entertainment, retail industry, etc.

our manpower. This realisation has not escaped our leaderships’ imagination and at the firm level no effort is
