ORGANISATION AND/OR IN THEIR DAILY LIVING AS A CITIZEN
OF THE SAID COUNTRY, OR THEIR HEALTH, SAFETY, EDUCATION
AND WELL BEING.
IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF GOVERNMENT IN
THE SAID COUNTRY TO ENSURE THAT ITS PEOPLE
AND THEY NOT ONLY, BUT ORGANISATIONS
DOING BUSINESS IN THEIR COUNTRIES TOO,
COMPLY BY SET LEGISLATION.
THIS IS REQUIRED IN THE FORM OF POLICIES AND
PROCEDURES THAT ORGANISATIONS WISHING TO TRADE IN
THE SAID COUNTRIES MUST DRAW UP, ACCORDING TO THE
LAWS SET BY THE COUNTRY TO ENSURE THE SAFETY AND
DIGNITY OF ITS CITIZENS.
As a Manager of an Organisation trading in our country, be it
lower management or the Organisations ruling Management,
it is essential that you are aware of and comply according to
legislation set in the country in which you choose to trade in.
That being said;
