All big logistic companies have optimized their operations for
moving pallets and boxes. We have optimized our processes to
pick, pack and put shippment labels on small orders
We always count arrived goods, and therefore take material
responsibility of the stock.
We are very flexible – can pick and pack stock sales with next day
delivery, at the same time can receive and pack pre-order sales.
We can handle partial deliveries, split orders etc.
We can provide any added value services with affordable rate.
Order Fulfilment clients can use all our available Courier contracts
and prices, or we generate labels with your own contract.

The warehousing, picking and packing service costs in Tallinn are
half of those in Finland;
The order delivery time prolongs max 1 days compare to Finland;
Same day dispatch for orders arrived before 15.00 hours
Full Order Fulfilment cost depends on products size and order’s
size and complexity.

19. Order Administration Tool is suitable for packing for small organizations,
up to 100-150 orders per day. That solution does not include:
For bigger companies with more orders to dispatch, we can rent same full
functionality packaging software solution, that Pakipoint uses itself in it’s
stock.
- Arrival and acceptance of goods;
- Moving goods in warehouse with addressed trolleys and picking
boxes;
- Packing Order management;
- Full packing table functionality;
- Handling of Returns;
Paperless solution, all work is done with Tablet PCs and barcode scanners
Our solution increases packing efficiency. Regularly one person can pack
up to ~150 parcels per day. Our soft allows 200-250 parcels per day/per
person.
Since December 2015 Estonian national post company Omniva uses our
software for packign orders of their e-commerce customers.

20. In February-march 2016 we are coming out for International courier
delivery solution for retail customers.
Initial launch in Estonia and Finland, followed by UK
Private clients and SMEs can deliver their parcels to closest Parcel
Machine or Pickup-Point and we deliver them internationally.
Prices will be very competitive compare to current International courier
companies retail and SME offers.

21. Preconditions for all services is that Sales Orders info gets into
Pakipoint system.
There are 3 ways to get info to Pakipoint:
Manual entry directly to Pakipoint. Used by small clients up to
10 orders per day
Pakipoint has developed a powerful API to integrate with it’s
services. The documentation is available at pakipoint.ee and
dev.pakipoint.ee/docs/api/
We have made automatic integrations with Magento and
Shopify platforms as service, and will add more platforms
soon.
