Tracking the parcel
The customer can easily check the parcel status and once the
parcel is put in the Parcel Locker, he receives a collection
code via text message and email.

can pay with a debit/credit card directly in the Parcel

PROBLEM 1
§ After the consumer successfully submits his declaration to withdraw from the
purchase agreement, the trader must reimburse the consumer with all payments
made by him (including shipping).
The delivery costs, however, are refundable only up to the price of the cheapest
delivery option offered by the store. If the consumer has chosen other delivery
option than the cheapest, the store is not obliged to refund the consumer with the
additional costs (i.e. the difference between the actual cost incurred and the price of
the cheapest delivery option). *

PROBLEM 1. PARCEL LOCKERS SOLUTION
Parcel Lockers offer low delivery costs. This means relatively low cost of handling
returns, even in the case of goods delivered with another delivery option.
Example: A customer had bought goods worth PLN 100 and chose delivery by
courier, for which he paid the price of PLN 15. The customer then exercised his right
of return. If the store's cheapest delivery option is Parcel Locker at the price of PLN
8, the customer receives back PLN 108.
If the store's only delivery option is the courier, the customer receives back PLN 115.
§ The new regulations also clearly determine the question of the cost of
returning the goods: it is to be covered by the consumer*.
However, many stores build their position by offering the consumer to return the
goods purchased free of charge. In many cases, the proportion of such returns
exceeds as much as 20% of the transaction. In such a situation, the challenge is to
handle returns in a cost-effective manner.

PROBLEM 2. PARCEL LOCKERS SOLUTION
Parcel Lockers offer Szybkie Zwroty (Fast Returns) service, which allows the store to
quickly receive the returned goods, incurring low shipping costs. The service can be
integrated with online store (API) or operated directly at www.szybkiezwroty.pl. In
both cases, the store has full control over the return process.
