1960 at that time it is very far from urban area but
now Factory is covered by housing societies
INTRODUCTION:
The number of assets are approximately
depreciated but still working. Now the owner want
to move that factory to industrial area

PROBLEM:
The problem is that no. of factory assets are
expired over due dates. It is very harmful for
neighborhood housing societies and cause of
different diseases

and movements of factories
