I have freedom and flexibility
because I run a very successful t-shirt
business called Phebe-n-Me.

yoga every day and am finally able to
do the entire series one practice.
My injuries are healed and

me injury free.
As a result, my mind is clear and
focused.

locally and nationally. I enjoy the people
and most of all, my time with my dogs.
– My dogs are a priority. I am able to hike, swim
and bike with them whenever I desire.
– My dogs are healthy and happy. They are well
trained and very competitive.

35. I schedule ample time off with my
husband so we can relax and maintain
a happy healthy relationship.
Whenever we want to, we go on
vacations, go to seminars and take time
off for retreats. We continue to learn
and grow together.
