GigaForce, LLC is an information technology company that provides technical services, customer support, and sales of computers, networks, and business telephone systems. It has engineered wireless networks spanning up to 17 miles and delivered high-speed internet and VOIP services to remote areas. The company also designs and implements infrastructure upgrades for clients, such as upgrading a fiber network to gigabit Ethernet and implementing a voice over IP phone system without taking a plant offline. It provides IT project management, equipment purchasing and installation, networking, and training services to major companies.

Responsible for the creation, development and administration of all aspects of an Information
Technology business, providing technical service,customer support, and sales of computers,
networks design and implementation, and business telephone systems and VOIP.
• Currently engineered and implemented a routed wireless network within the 5.8GHz range.
Technology utilized was Linux based router/radio smart computers with a 65Mb link spanning 17
miles, and 75Mb link shooting 14 miles which is serving high speed internet to remote areas along with
VOIP service. Delivering in upwards of 100Mb to each premise household and business for more
bandwidth if desired. This technology solved the last mile problem in remote areas.
• Project management and infrastructure design is my primary area of expertise. For example, I
designed and implemented the upgrade of an existing Fiber FDDI ring at Monsanto Soda Springs to a
Gigabyte Ethernet backbone with 350 telephone nodes and switched technology in order to implement a
Voice over Ethernet phone system as well as their data highway. This was accomplished without taking
the entire plant offline. Redundancy and fail over was also designed into this project.
• Designed LAN and WAN for a medical operation here in Idaho which uses a T1
frame relay technology for the WAN and Terminal services utilizing three Microsoft
Windows 2000 servers, running SQL for the designed database software.
• Designed and implemented many IT projects in which I have taken care of
equipment purchases and installation in the Data and Telephony as well as broadband
needs and requirements.
• I have in-depth experience building, repairing, and working with a wide variety
of hardware,including individual PC’s,Internet and network servers, RAID arrays, and
both analog and digital telephone systems and voice-over Ethernet/IP.
• Included in my experience is the installation of Cisco routers, CSU-DSU’s, T-1 and
T-3, DSL, frame relays, ISDN, AT&T Paradyne modems, multiplexors and terminals,
wireless Ethernet, Satellite, and both LANs and WANs.
• Extensive experience in the installation, upgrade and configuration of operating
systems, including MS-DOS,Windows 95-98-2000 and XP, Windows for Workgroups,
Windows NT through 2012
Advanced Server, and Linux.
• Extensive experience with CAT-5E and CAT-6 structured cabling and design,
fiber optics, patch panels, troubleshooting and testing and am certified in several
manufacturer systems.
• I have conducted training sessions for operating systems, structured cabling,
networking, computer hardware,internet usage, and other software programs.
• Provided extensive support to major companies such as Monsanto, Health
West, Dravo, Kerr- McGee, Kase Industrial, Litho Printing, Challis and Blackfoot
School Districts, Fort Hall Tribal Courts, and others.
