an illegal act for which someone can be punished by the government; especially :a gross violation of law.
crime is an unlawful act punishable by a state or other authority. The term "crime" does not, in modern criminal law, have any simple and universally accepted definition, though statutory definitions have been provided for certain purposes. The most popular view is that crime is a category created by law; in other words, something is a crime if declared as such by the relevant and applicable law. One proposed definition is that a crime or offence (or criminal offence) is an act harmful not only to some individual but also to a community, society or the state ("a public wrong"). Such acts are forbidden and punishable by law.

1st peer post1. While the current demographic in congress qua.docxaulasnilda
1st peer post:
1. While the current demographic in congress qualifies as the most diverse House of Representatives in history (Due to a number of women winning the elections held in 2018), to say that congress should be more diverse is a gross understatement. Just as our country represents diversity, congress should be much better represented, and our government should make it their priority. When diversity is at the table, contributing to the decisions it brings new perspective, ideas, and in most cases the right solutions. The corporate world has caught on to this and we are now seeing more female CEO’s and other high-level executives than ever. I’m not saying that we do not have white male representatives in office presently (or in the past) that have been advocates and prioritized issues that are most important to communities filled with individuals who do not look like them, come from the same background, or religious beliefs, but having someone who does share in one or multiple areas would have first-hand knowledge and may have been directly affected by the very thing they are fighting for (A woman’s right to choose is a good example).
2. I am definitely in favor of term limits in congress, because it may actually encourage and push our congress men and women to accomplish more because they know that they are on borrowed time. Nancy Pelosi for example, is the first female speaker of the house of representatives and has been in congress for three decades which is quite the accomplishment for a female politician. However, the question would be has she accomplished enough in her tenure given all the years she has held office?
2nd peer post:
1. I have a neutral stance on whether or not there should be more diversity in Congress. Mainly due to my perspective that the color of your skin, sexual orientation, or/and sex does not ALWAYS limit someone's exposure to difficulties or adversity to corresponds with a political issue. For example, funding social welfare programs such as Medicaid, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Programs, or welfare for citizens who are affected b poverty. Statistically, minorities tend to face this problem more than non-minorities; however, this does not mean that a caucasian man in office could not have had that same background. On the other hand, I can see how some issues can be handled or seen better if someone who had first-hand experience of it dealt with it. An issue that a caucasian man in office may not have experienced first hand. For instance, abortion laws, LGBTQ rights, women's rights and etc. These may be issues that need the persepctive of a more diverse group of people who have different insights in order to properly find the best situation to handle issues such as these.
2. No, I don't think that there should be term limits on how many years a member in Congress can serve because I don't see how not having it does any harm. A position in Congress is not like a position to be President— which nee ...

Who and What Ought Government RepresentWith the close of anot.docxphilipnelson29183
Who and What Ought Government Represent?
With the close of another presidential election cycle, we once again heard complaints about the Electoral College, that mysterious group of appointees sent from each state to officially choose the next president in accordance with formulae determined by each state. That most states choose the formula of committing all their electors to the candidate who wins the plurality of votes in that state’s popular election is coincidental and established by no federal mandate. At any rate, the fact that more and more people in this country think this to be an undemocratic way of choosing a president might give us pause to reflect on what it means for government to be representative in the first place.
The description of government “of the people, by the people, and for the people” doesn’t solve the problem, since here at issue is not just who it is to be represented, but the manner of representation. Still, it is important to settle who “the people” are or ought to be, so let’s start there.
One common assumption is that the people are the citizens of the state or nation in question. But this leaves out all other residents. Should government only represent its citizens and not its residents? If so, would that not quite probably lead to a form of tyranny by citizens over non-citizens?
Perhaps one might agree to extend the representation, but only to legal residents. But there are strong considerations – both of a utilitarian and non-utilitarian nature – arguing for inclusion of illegal residents as well. Not to represent them is either to ignore their presence or to oppose their presence. Either policy leads to social chaos, since such a large group as this cannot be easily removed or treated with contempt without a great deal of harm not only to them, but to citizens and other legal residents as well.
A final thought on the “who” question is that we may be on the verge of having to recognize that our president must in some significant sense represent not just citizens and residents of this land, but of the whole world.
As to the manner of representation, baffled by the Electoral College are perhaps taken by the assumption that government‘s representative duty is exclusively to the individual. But this is clearly not how America’s forefathers thought, and their reasons are grounded in the fear of what John Stuart Mill called the Tyranny of the Majority: that a majority can stifle the voice and political life of minority voices and thus thwart the benefits of democracy, which are grounded in freedom of speech and cultivation of diversity of opinion.
To offset the likelihood of a Tyranny of the Majority requires a republic to balance individual representation against another form of representation; typically either geographical: typically in the form of smaller units of government – in our case, states – or political: typically in the form of proportionate representation of political parties – a common .

www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.

Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.

Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.

Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.

Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

1. ‘MUSAWA’ means Equality in Arabic. The
reason why we are calling this movement
“Musawa” is because our fundamental right,
that is,’Equality’ is being taken away from us
and we can’t let this happen.
2. Objective
• Our main objective is to stop the aristocracies of Donald Trump. ‘The land
of opportunities’ is in grave danger and the only way which seems ideal to us
is the ‘Impeachment of the President’.
• We strongly believe in the fundamentals of Democracy that is why we’re
completely eliminating the idea of a Military coup.
• For the greater good of humanity, we’re going to adopt illegal ways to
overthrow the President.
3. Sources of Funds
• As this is an Undercover operation, it has to be done in a secretive manner.
• Many influential and reach people oppose Donald Trump’s ideologies and
policies, so instead of going to the public for funds, we’re going to target
billionaires for huge amounts of money for this cause. We are going to target
Hedge Fund Managers like George Soros and Seth Clarman, Mexican
Corporates, Influential people who share the same ideologies like Meg
Whitman and organisations like ‘Anonymous’. We are going to approach
some top leaders of the Democrats as well.
4. Members
• There are going to be 2 types of members
• First ones, who are going to collect evidences against people and dig the
skeletons in people’s closets. These will be low key people as we can’t afford
to lose our cover.
• Second are the ones who are going to talk to Senators, House
representatives, Politicians, corporate officials etc. These will be influential
people with power who are going to turn the people under their area of
influence to our side.
5. Means of Communication
• We will have mainly 2 means of communication.
• Using ‘Deep Web’ we’re going to communicate as the location cannot be
tracked and it’s the most secure way of communicating. Government and
Intelligence agencies cannot track the location of the messages. Terrorist
Organisations use this mode of communication and as our work is secretive
we will also opt for this method.
• We’re going to adopt the traditional approach of courier by hand ]in some
cases. Bin Laden used to use this mode of communication.
6. Impeachment
• A simple majority of the U.S. House of Representatives (at least 218
votes) is required to impeach a U.S. President, followed by a two-thirds
majority vote in the Senate (at least 67 votes).
• Both houses would have to vote on the move, with the US Constitution
requiring a simple majority in the House to impeach a President for
“treason, bribery, or other high crimes or misdemeanours”.
• Both houses would have to vote on the move, with the US Constitution
requiring a simple majority in the House to impeach a President for
“treason, bribery, or other high crimes or misdemeanours”.
7. Composition
Total Seats- 100
Political Groups- Majority(52) Republican
Minority(48) Democratic
2/3 votes= 67 votes
Total seats- 435
Political Groups- Majority(240) Republican
Minority(193) Democratic
Vacant(2)
2/3 votes= 290 votes
8. Methodology and Logistics
• As we believe in Democracy, we are going with the process of Impeachment.
The Republicans hold the majority in both the Senate and The House of
Representatives. We need 2/3rd majority in both so Assuming that atleast
80% of the Democrats will support us, the only problem lies with the
Republicans. We need to influence 29 Republicans in the Senate and around
136 Republicans in the House of Representatives.
9. • We are going to identify those who are under our area of influence can be exploited.
We are going to adopt illegal methods like blackmail, bribing to convert them to our
side. We will plant evidences and will leave threaten them to come to our side. We
will leave them with no option, either they can take our side or feel our wrath.
• Convincing part will be done by influential members and digging the dirt will be
done by our low key members and the members of ‘Anonymous’
10. Meeting Places
• Meetings are going to take place in fully secured areas and the venue and
time would be notified to the person half an hour before the meeting within
the vicinity.
• Surveillance would be kept on them so that they don’t compromise our
security.
