This report contains 2014 statistics for selected Ontario public libraries serving populations over 250,000. It includes data on electronic resources, technology access and use, social media participation, and technology/social media programs. Key metrics reported are number of databases, e-books/downloads, public workstations, website and social media visits, and technology program attendance. All libraries participate in social media including Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, with some also using blogs, LinkedIn, Pinterest and other platforms. Program attendance totaled over 32,000 across nearly 5,000 technology and social media courses offered.
