Hello Everyone, I’m Julimar Buquing and welcome to today’s Online Refresher Course on OneDrive, Outlook and Microsoft Forms. May I invite you to pause for a while for a short prayer.
Before we get started, I would like to go over a few items, so you know how to participate in today’s event.
Say: I want to make sure everyone understands the features within our Teams call that help us communicate with one another. On the chat task bar in the top right corner of your screen, you will find the microphone icon to mute and unmute yourself; the camera icon to turn your video on and off; the raise hand icon that allows you to raise your hand to ask a question or share ideas; and the chat icon to type in responses to questions, ask a question, or share an insight. Additionally, if you select the three dots, you will find that you have the ability to turn live captions on for your call, choose a background for your video, and even turn off incoming video if you are having bandwidth issues.
All emails in the DepEd Gmail and files stored in the DepEd Google Drive can still be viewed and/or downloaded.
