2. The geocentric model and its history
In the geocentric model the
planet Earth is the center of the
universe and is circled by the
Sun and all the planets.This had
already been believed since
ancient times.It was said that
the stars,the Sun and the
planets appeared to revolve
around the Earth on daily basis
and that the Earth was a fixed
point in the sky.

3. The heliocentric model
Due to the Scientific
Revolution(16th-17th century)and
the bloom in the field of
science a new theory began to
show up.It was the heliocentric
model.In this model the Sun
was in the center of the solar
system but not in the center of
the universe.This theory began
with Nicolaus Copernicus.

4. Black holes
Black holes are regions of space
that have such strong gravity
that nothing can escape
them.After that nobody knows
what happens.Black holes are
so strong that even light waves
an get out(the factor that
makes them black).

5. Asteroids
Asteroids are small, rocky objects
that orbit the Sun. Most of them
can be found in the main asteroid
belt (between Mars and Jupiter).
Asteroids are the leftovers from
the formation of our solar
system. Asteroids are known for
their irregular shapes, different
sizes and compositions.
