This document provides guidance for an OSPE examination, summarizing the content that may be covered in each of 26 stations: 1) Stations will cover topics from pathology slides, labs, and lectures on anatomy, cancer types, the autonomic nervous system, acid-base balance, pharmacology, and more. 2) For acid-base balance stations, the key information of pH and PCO2 may not be provided, so answers must be inferred from history and lab results like HCO3 levels alone. 3) Stations will test knowledge of disease types, anatomy, laboratory tests, prescribing medications, and interpreting graphs and case studies. Memorizing key slides and practice problems is recommended for preparation
