PORTERS FIVE FORCES ANALYSIS
Porter’s five forces model is specially used in industry analysis.
This will helps an organization to make a strategy. The Paper
disposables industry is one of the fast growing Industries. The
usage of tissue has go to 20 million tones by 2012. This is due
to rise in population, consumer buying pattern, life style trends
and growing level of health consciousness.

Porter’s model
The paper disposables Manufacturing industry, which is
considered as, industry manufacturing fast moving
consumer goods. When porter’s model is taken in to this,
there are certain factors that have to taken to consideration.
Threat of Entry:
Since the entry barrier is low, making it easy to enter
the paper disposables. As per the product differentiation
the threat of new entrants is high. But in a broader
prospective it is moderate.
Bargaining Power of Suppliers:
The bargaining power is High here due to the
government regulations and deforestation acts. The
availability of the raw materials is comparatively less
but paper recycling is the only advantage for the
company .
Bargaining power of Buyer:
Then number of producers are not less in numbers but
so the customer has the option to choose according to
the prefrence. The industry is catogrised as oligopoly.
And the barganing power depends on the price and
avilability of the product
Substitute products:
The advantage of this industry is that it doesn’t have as
many substitute product for most of the product in their
product portfolio. It helps in companies steady growth.
Rivalry:
The degree of rivalry affects the price, quality, profit
and revenue in an industry. The market is almost on
saturation state, and the industry refers the oligopoly
competition so there is a high competition to increase
the market share. The intensity of rivalry is low as there
is limited player and the product is not price sensitive.
