to motivate them toward a specific goal

Propose solutions instead of
problems.
Take initiatives, and don’t wait someone to give you
the responsibility of a result, do it and always ask for
feedback.
Do not complain or put the blame on others.
Always be accountable of the 100% of your
work result.
Continual development of yourself
- Be an expert in your area of strength
- Seek for feedback and learning tips from experts
- Evaluate yourself development at least once month.
Be open for arguing, and always explain the Why and understand the Why.

Take initiatives, and don’t wait someone to give you the responsibility of a result, do it and always ask for feedback. Do not complain or put the blame on others. Look at the situation from different points of view.
