great career move for aspiring
executives interested in learning

industry.
◦ Poorna had good communication skills
and her age is still 22 so she was very
exited to do her work.
◦ Compare to old persons, she do works
more confident and she had no
tension because she was not yet
married, but 45years employees have
tension and family problems.

practical girl. She can accept the
challenges and changes due to
technology and other challenges

more time to adjust to the
technology, but she can easily
adjust to that environment.
