Kirtibhai Joshi is a physics teacher of 15 years at M.K. Jamod high school in Bhavnagar, India. He goes above and beyond his duties to help students and sees his work as a challenge and a way to contribute to students and the nation. Some of his qualities that make him a successful teacher include being hardworking, patient, efficient, convincing, and innovative. His advice to other teachers is to guide students well, help them prepare for exams, be honest and punctual in their duties, and try to contribute to students. His vision is to provide significant contributions to students and help develop students from his village through different educational activities.
