5.  How to use it:The dressing is heated to 40
degree Celsius (in hot water, please do not
use microwave). It is then applied to the
affected part. It is isolated with cling film and
then wrapped up with a towel or a woolly
cloth to retain the heat. 12-14 procedures are
required to achieve results. For varicose
veins, please use COLD compress .
