This document describes a mobile pyrolysis unit that converts 500kg of waste per hour into clean energy. The waste is exposed to heat in the absence of oxygen, which breaks it down into hydrogen and carbon and avoids combustion emissions. This process produces approximately 2.5 MW of heat from 0.5 tonnes of waste, which can then be used to generate electricity or other forms of energy. The unit is compact enough to fit into a standard 40-foot shipping container, making it highly portable and suitable for clean waste-to-energy conversion anywhere.
