INTRODUCTION
Allow us to introduce our online high tech clinic management system
that can be accessed by any device connecting to the internet (No
need to setup) in which the your data will be cloudily stored, the
system is capable of storing, managing and organizing all your clinic
data regarding to :
, Patients, Patients Records and Diagnosis, Medical Prescriptions,
Appointments, Invoices, Cash Box, Customers, Clinic Expenses,
Insurance Companies and Corporates Financial Claims.

Doctors, Dentists, Clinics, Medical Centers, Health Care Centers
 Also useful for:
Eye Centers and Nutrition Centers
MECHANISM
After your registration an admin user will be created for your center
with the ability to add as much users as you want, assign the privileges
for each user in which to control what pages they can access or not
and access (View, Insert, Modify and Delete) all the data and
information belong to your center.
MECHANISM
Engaging users in a consistent data entry will lead to having a powerful
control monitoring of your center workflow.

The users roles are divided to :
 Creating, Modifying and Removing Patients
 Creating, Modifying and Removing Customers
 Creating, Modifying and Removing Appointments
 Creating, Modifying and Removing Invoices
 Creating, Modifying and Removing Receipts
MECHANISM
The admin user roles are divided to :
 Creating, Modifying and Removing Users
 Creating, Modifying and Removing Patients’ Records
 Creating, Modifying and Removing Prescriptions
 Creating, Modifying and Removing Payments
 Modifying Center’s Details
 Viewing Cash Box, Customer Claims and Expenses Reports
WORK FLOW / PATIENTS
Below figure shows a new patient creation process
WORK FLOW / PATIENTS
After the completion of inserting the patient’s information click on
Save button to store these details in the system.
Clicking on the top right Read Patients button will show the users all
the patients stored in the system in which the user can view search for
a certain patient.
Each center can create unlimited number of agents.
The next figure shows all the stored patients list view

Each admin user like Doctors can view patients details, add medical
records, prescriptions to a certain patient using the Create Record and
Create Prescription buttons
WORK FLOW / PATIENTS
Record details are divided to:
Record Type, Description, Media (File input i.e: MRI.JPG) and Record
Date
WORK FLOW / PATIENTS
Prescription is divided to two sections:
Information: Patient’s Name, Diagnosis, Date
Details: Medication, Frequency, Notes (User can add unlimited number
of details for single prescription)
WORK FLOW / CUSTOMERS
User can add unlimited number of customers dealing with the center
showing their name, address, contact information and distinguish
them by type (i.e XYZ insurance company)
WORK FLOW / INVOICES
User can add an invoice for each center visit by any person this invoice
indicates the amount receivable by this visit it can be cash or credit to
assign to a customer
WORK FLOW / INVOICES
All invoices issue entries on either the center’s cash box or the
customers statements in which any cash invoices will automatically
affect the cash center’s cash box report or the customers claims
reports where the sum will be equal to total claim the center has on
this customer
WORK FLOW / RECEIPTS
User can add receipts as indication for the cash amount received from
a customer and put in the cash box
WORK FLOW / PAYMENTS
User can add payments as indication for the cash amount paid from
the cash box and to be distinguished as expenses or other issues like
purchases
WORK FLOW / APPOINTMENTS
User can add, read and modify appointments in a nice scheduled view
showing all the appointments in a calendar view
WORK FLOW / APPOINTMENTS

Admin user can add, modify each user who has access over the system
and control the permissions the user has to access each page as below

  • 1. ONLINE HEALTH OPERATIONS An online software for clinics and health centers

INTRODUCTION Allow us to introduce our online high tech clinic management system that can be accessed by any device connecting to the internet (No need to setup) in which the your data will be cloudily stored, the system is capable of storing, managing and organizing all your clinic data regarding to : , Patients, Patients Records and Diagnosis, Medical Prescriptions, Appointments, Invoices, Cash Box, Customers, Clinic Expenses, Insurance Companies and Corporates Financial Claims.
  • 3. AUDIENCE / MARKET  Primarily: Doctors, Dentists, Clinics, Medical Centers, Health Care Centers  Also useful for: Eye Centers and Nutrition Centers
  • 4. MECHANISM After your registration an admin user will be created for your center with the ability to add as much users as you want, assign the privileges for each user in which to control what pages they can access or not and access (View, Insert, Modify and Delete) all the data and information belong to your center.
  • 5. MECHANISM Engaging users in a consistent data entry will lead to having a powerful control monitoring of your center workflow.
  • 6. MECHANISM The users roles are divided to :  Creating, Modifying and Removing Patients  Creating, Modifying and Removing Customers  Creating, Modifying and Removing Appointments  Creating, Modifying and Removing Invoices  Creating, Modifying and Removing Receipts

MECHANISM The admin user roles are divided to :  Creating, Modifying and Removing Users  Creating, Modifying and Removing Patients’ Records  Creating, Modifying and Removing Prescriptions  Creating, Modifying and Removing Payments  Modifying Center’s Details  Viewing Cash Box, Customer Claims and Expenses Reports
  • 8. WORK FLOW / PATIENTS Below figure shows a new patient creation process
  • 9. WORK FLOW / PATIENTS After the completion of inserting the patient’s information click on Save button to store these details in the system. Clicking on the top right Read Patients button will show the users all the patients stored in the system in which the user can view search for a certain patient. Each center can create unlimited number of agents. The next figure shows all the stored patients list view

  • 11. WORK FLOW / PATIENTS Each admin user like Doctors can view patients details, add medical records, prescriptions to a certain patient using the Create Record and Create Prescription buttons
  • 12. WORK FLOW / PATIENTS Record details are divided to: Record Type, Description, Media (File input i.e: MRI.JPG) and Record Date
  • 13. WORK FLOW / PATIENTS Prescription is divided to two sections: Information: Patient’s Name, Diagnosis, Date Details: Medication, Frequency, Notes (User can add unlimited number of details for single prescription)
  • 14. WORK FLOW / CUSTOMERS User can add unlimited number of customers dealing with the center showing their name, address, contact information and distinguish them by type (i.e XYZ insurance company)
  • 15. WORK FLOW / INVOICES User can add an invoice for each center visit by any person this invoice indicates the amount receivable by this visit it can be cash or credit to assign to a customer
  • 16. WORK FLOW / INVOICES All invoices issue entries on either the center’s cash box or the customers statements in which any cash invoices will automatically affect the cash center’s cash box report or the customers claims reports where the sum will be equal to total claim the center has on this customer
  • 17. WORK FLOW / RECEIPTS User can add receipts as indication for the cash amount received from a customer and put in the cash box
  • 18. WORK FLOW / PAYMENTS User can add payments as indication for the cash amount paid from the cash box and to be distinguished as expenses or other issues like purchases
  • 19. WORK FLOW / APPOINTMENTS User can add, read and modify appointments in a nice scheduled view showing all the appointments in a calendar view
