1. Profile Page View
This is your account profile page that WRMD defaults to when you access your settings.
After registering, review the information on this page for accuracy.
You can make modifications if you need to at any time.
Ensure your timezone and date format is set up for your specific location and preference.
We recommend you include an Account Avatar (a logo or icon of your organization) as it
makes identification easier when communicating on the forum.
2. Users & Staff Page View
You can add more users to your account here.
You’ll see the user’s email, name, their role (which is their access privileges in WRMD) and
the date they were added.
3. Veterinarians Page View
You can add veterinarians to your account here. This can be helpful when creating
prescriptions.
4. Your Locations Page View
This page refers to locations where you house your patients in your facility.
You can set up default locations which will make it easier when you assign locations to
your patients or when searching for them by location.
5. Treatment Log Page View
This page refers to what you want to access first in the treatment log.
It also includes specifications on who can access or edit these treatment logs. It’s basically
permission settings for treatment log entries.
6. People Privacy Page View
This page includes permission settings for each user for accessing and editing the personal
information of rescuers, volunteers, and donors.
Only superusers are allowed access to private information. No other user has access to
information on people, volunteers, donors, etc.
7. Security Page View
This page allows or prohibits users from accessing information from off-site locations.
8. General WRMD Settings Page View
Here you can make additional customization to how your account functions and displays
information.
9. All Extensions Page View
The extensions page provides optional WRMD features that add more high level
functionality into the database.
You can easily activate the extension by clicking the green activation button on the
particular feature you want to add.
