About the Service Offering
Oxyon has long been aware that there is a unique opportunity for us to utilise our Networks

How do we do this?
1) Sourcing
We are in the position whereby we have a vast Global Network of Recruiters who, once briefed, will
be able to source profiles of suitable candidates. They will conduct an introductory competency based
interview whereby skills will be assessed and the opportunity to work outside of their country of
origin is discussed with them.
2) Identifying
The candidates that these international providers feel will be suitable will be profiled to our and our
client’s specification and presented to us for discussion and scrutiny. We will provide full feedback to
the supplier on the suitability, or not, of all candidates, this will ensure the best recruitment results
going forward.
3) Assessing and Testing
Once the candidate has passed initial Profile Scrutiny the supplier will be tasked with conducting
whatever testing the client deems suitable and in accordance with best practice in assessment for
the role. The results of these tests will be shared with the Client. The Global Supplier guarantees the
credibility and authenticity of the Test Results.
4) Interviewing
The Candidates that have successfully made it through the first three stages will be interviewed using
Video Conferencing or Skype. Should further Interviews be required they will be organised and
facilitated by us.
5) Contracting
An all-encompassing Service Level Agreement will be signed between ourselves and our Client
relating to the Commercial aspect of the relationship.
The exact requirements relating to Duration, Tasks, Location, Working Hours, Additional Terms and
Conditions for the individual resource etc. will be discussed and agreed to in writing and form a
separate part of the Overall Agreement.
6) Visa’s and Permits
The best solution to the Visa and Permitting side of the relationship will be discussed and identified
with the assistance of our Specialist Consultants.
We are able to offer the option of the Oxyon Group holding the Permits and Visa’s and then
outsourcing to the Client, or we are able to facilitate the Client applying for their own Visa’s should
they qualify.
7) Mobilisation
We have the Systems and Infrastructure and Experience to Move the Resources from their Country
of origin to SA, and once here we ensure they are accommodated and are able to get to and from
work every day and that they are aware of their surroundings and are able to assimilate as quickly
and easily as possible.
8) Management
We manage the resource from a day to day basis and ensure that they are compliant with all aspects
of their Contract and we ensure that they are happy and mobilized and de-mobilized effectively.

About the Service Offering Oxyon has long been aware that there is a unique opportunity for us to utilise our Networks and Infrastructure in-order to source the Hard to Find Skills. We have developed a customer friendly , value adding solution which eliminates as much of the tedious paper work and processes to Find , Identify , Retain, Mobilise and Manage Key Skills from around the world. We are able to source scarce skills from Asia, The Asian Sub Continent and Eastern Europe. How do we do this? 1) Sourcing We are in the position whereby we have a vast Global Network of Recruiters who, once briefed, will be able to source profiles of suitable candidates. They will conduct an introductory competency based interview whereby skills will be assessed and the opportunity to work outside of their country of origin is discussed with them. 2) Identifying The candidates that these international providers feel will be suitable will be profiled to our and our client’s specification and presented to us for discussion and scrutiny. We will provide full feedback to the supplier on the suitability, or not, of all candidates, this will ensure the best recruitment results going forward.

    3) Assessing andTesting Once the candidate has passed initial Profile Scrutiny the supplier will be tasked with conducting whatever testing the client deems suitable and in accordance with best practice in assessment for the role. The results of these tests will be shared with the Client. The Global Supplier guarantees the credibility and authenticity of the Test Results. 4) Interviewing The Candidates that have successfully made it through the first three stages will be interviewed using Video Conferencing or Skype. Should further Interviews be required they will be organised and facilitated by us. 5) Contracting An all-encompassing Service Level Agreement will be signed between ourselves and our Client relating to the Commercial aspect of the relationship. The exact requirements relating to Duration, Tasks, Location, Working Hours, Additional Terms and Conditions for the individual resource etc. will be discussed and agreed to in writing and form a separate part of the Overall Agreement. 6) Visa’s and Permits The best solution to the Visa and Permitting side of the relationship will be discussed and identified with the assistance of our Specialist Consultants. We are able to offer the option of the Oxyon Group holding the Permits and Visa’s and then outsourcing to the Client, or we are able to facilitate the Client applying for their own Visa’s should they qualify. 7) Mobilisation We have the Systems and Infrastructure and Experience to Move the Resources from their Country of origin to SA, and once here we ensure they are accommodated and are able to get to and from work every day and that they are aware of their surroundings and are able to assimilate as quickly and easily as possible. 8) Management We manage the resource from a day to day basis and ensure that they are compliant with all aspects of their Contract and we ensure that they are happy and mobilized and de-mobilized effectively.
