Interviews- Thismethodwaschosenbecauseitallowsthe personwhoisbeinginterviewedtoanswer
the questionsinacomplete andunderstandingwaydue topersonal contact whichtookplace in the
CustomerService office.The managerwasthe personbeinginterviewedatthe moment.Five questions
