POSITION: PROJECT SECRETARY QUALITY ASSURANCE& QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT
 Preparation of RFI (Request for Inspection) document, the distribution to all Supervisors,
Subcontractors and Client for information and Review of Daily Site Schedules Inspections.
 To provide Daily Activity Reports of Subcontractors day to day activities / Operations.
 Tracking and Modification of the Inspection Log / Register.
 Preparation and Booking of the Timesheet according to the Man–Hours Worked on Daily Basis .
 Ensure that received Civil / Structural and Mechanical related records like (Transmittal, Reports Etc.)
are kept orderly and readily accessible when needed.
 Record keeping, Filing of documents and handling of sensitive document of subcontractors and client
are kept safely and confidentially.
 Knowledge of general office practices and administrative procedures.
 .Assisting with ordering of stationaries, its maintenance, and delivery of items at site office area.
 Follow site management’s instruction, check and sign for deliveries made at the site office
 On receiving of supplies , compare delivery note with bill of quantity and actual quantity delivered
 Data entry, photocopying and general scanning of document for inspections.
 Dealing with Emails inquiries, distribution and the dissemination of information that is relevant to the
