Onward to Opportunity (O2O) has partnered with a number of
organizations that are committed to hiring veterans and military
spouses into their workforce. This Employer Guide provides an
overview of each organization that is interviewing O2O program
participants for roles in customer excellence and information
technology. Some of these employers are also willing to consider
individuals for roles that are beyond these two O2O training
tracks. The purpose of this guide is to enable each participant
to better understand what opportunities are available. It is
also aimed at encouraging you to do more research on the
organizations that are of interest to you. Each profile includes a

  • 1. O2O PARTNER EMPLOYER GUIDE Onward to Opportunity (O2O) has partnered with a number of organizations that are committed to hiring veterans and military spouses into their workforce. This Employer Guide provides an overview of each organization that is interviewing O2O program participants for roles in customer excellence and information technology. Some of these employers are also willing to consider individuals for roles that are beyond these two O2O training tracks. The purpose of this guide is to enable each participant to better understand what opportunities are available.
