Ken is a 20-year veteran of the executive search industry. He founded
CareerMaker in 1997 with a goal to conduct high-integrity executive search
with a speed, accuracy and intimate understanding of each client’s business
and culture normally found only with the best in-house HR executives. His
search work spans a variety of industries throughout the world, as evidenced
by a client list that includes Microsoft, Crocs, Cisco, Hotwire, Plantronics,
RecycleBank, The Honest Company, and others.
Prior to his career in executive search, Ken held a series of HR generalist and
recruitment roles at Cooper Industries, Reebok, Fidelity Investments, and
Cambridge Technology Partners.
He has diverse International and multi-cultural business experience, combined with deep and fundamental
understandings of what makes companies work, as well as how to build and motivate global teams. To date,
Ken has conducted more than 35,000 interviews, and been personally responsible for hiring 6,000+
professionals worldwide.
Ken’s broad Human Resources experience and strong understanding of business, combined with his wealth of
influential global contacts, enables him to uniquely and successfully lead his clients in the search process. He
holds BS degrees in both Industrial & Labor Relations and Political Science from The State University of New
York. He also has a MS in Labor Relations from Cornell University.
