3. Rituals
Let's make this straight. You cannot become a successful athlete if
you're a smoker. You cannot have the perfect health if you eat
unhealthy. You cannot become financially indepented if you are still
working in the work you hate. You cannot have a relationship if your
attitute is the same with all the other failed relationship. Does this

4. "No More"
There's a moment in your life that when it comes, your mind flipts
and clicks. The moment you realize that smoking is making you sick,
the moment you realize that you hate that job, the moment you realize
that you deserve something better in your relationship. You don't have
to make a new year's resolution list, a MOMENT is enough to make you
say :"NO MORE". And then is when you actually change.
We don't make decisions with our logical mind. Our logical exist
only to make exuses, like, "I am not fat, this is my body type. "I am
not doing anything wrong with my relationships he/she didn't knew how
to behave" "I have no other surce to make money, so I will stay at my
job, because I'm not qualified enough".
It's the emotional mind than motivate us
5. The challenge
Start watching yourself what you are doing in daily bases.
What kind of food do you eat. What kind of exersice do you do.
What kind of thoughts come into your mind/does they make feel
positive and productive or you are judging and critising yourself. Do
you want to be in a relationship or not/what are your actions? BE
AWARE of your rituals, because they define you. Success DOES NOT
happen suddenly, failure too.
It's the EVERY DAY process you make and then they emerge from
those actions.
6. What/Why/How
What is what you want?
What does that mean to you?
How you will act to achieve
that?
If you actually want to make a change , you have to train yourself. Like when
you want to become a better football player, or a siger, or whatever, you
practice every day. So you think, "OK, what do I want? (a, b,c...bla bla)." Be
SPECIFIC. You brain is a machine, whatever data you entry that will work on.
Being specific you allow your brain to spend more energy on that think you
what. Second, WHAT does that MEAN? What it means for you to become an
exellent singer or football player. That's your MOTIVATION! And finally, WHAT will
you DO? How you're gona work on IT? If your plan doens't work CHANGE IT!!
7. Ask and you shall receive...
You can make better choices and you know that. You don't need me
to tell you how to lose weight, or how to behave in your
relationships, or what to do to achieve your goals. All the answers
are inside you. All the tips and "how to" are already in your head.
You are just not asking the right questions to yourself and you
don't believe in your abilities. Those two things are keeping the
doors in your mind closed. Release that power. Become aware of
yourself.
YOU HAVE ONE LIFE.
