learning to set limits and to say "No" to some demands that other people may make. Some
techniques of time management may also help a person to control stress. Using breathing
exercises can help you feel less overwhelmed. Taking a walk to cool off instead of reaching
for a cigarette is also helpful. Using meditation can reverse your stress response, relax your
