 Process for approval all Contract Changes
 Process and Administer Contracts monthlyprogress
 Issue and manage correspondence to and from Vendors .
 Review ,analyze and make recommendation to line manager on Contractperformance or Issues
 Evaluate and make recommendation on contractprocess improvement.
 Supportthe process by way of ensuring thatrelevant contract including supporting documentation is attached to the
workflow request.
 Prepare enquiries /administrative correspondence to Vendors and/or internal Departments to supportthe proce sses ofthe
Procurement& Vendor Management.
 Ensures thatorders are conducted within the boundaries ofexisting defined and approved processes.
