This document provides information on a paint product including its main pigments of titanium dioxide, iron oxide, carbon black and organic pigments with a mineral extender, an acrylic polymer binder, and a water solvent. It states the paint has very high resistance to household stains and excellent hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties. Application instructions are included specifying surface preparation and application by brush, roller, or air spray with a maximum 10% thinning using water.

combined with good hydrophobic stain

8. SPECIAL REQUIREMENT
 Remove all loose, defective paint or
powdery residues.
 Repair cracks, uneven surfaces with
Nippon ACS Putty or suitable fillers.
 Smoothen the putty / filler areas with
sandpaper.
 Surfaces to be painted must be
cleaned thoroughly and dry, it must
be free from dirt, grease and other
foreign matters.

Brush, roller, air spray
Not more than 10% thinning
with water if needed.
Thinner : water
Dry to touch:20-30 minutes,
dependent on temperature
and humidity.
Dry to recoat:2-3 hours
