This document discusses transnational cooperation programs involving the Republic of Moldova. It describes the South East Europe Transnational Cooperation Programme, which includes EU member states and non-EU countries. The program has five priority axes and involves different funding instruments from the EU. The Republic of Moldova was initially only involved through other partners' budgets but now participates as a financing partner through ENPI funds. The program has strengthened partnerships across countries and led to shared studies, data, and agreements.
