Nick Park is an English filmmaker known for creating the stop-motion animated characters Wallace and Gromit and Shaun the Sheep. He has been nominated for six Academy Awards for animation, winning four for his films Creature Comforts, The Wrong Trousers, A Close Shave, and Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit. Park began experimenting with stop-motion animation as a teenager and has worked for Aardman Animations on numerous successful films featuring his animated characters over the past few decades.
