5. Overview – Humnabad Plant
• During our captivating visit to Nichino India Private Limited, we
explored various plant areas, including the dynamic production
floor, meticulous quality control lab, and efficient warehouse.
The use of state-of-the-art technology and equipment across
the facility showcased Nichino's commitment to delivering
top-notch products.
• The visit's highlight was engaging with passionate employees
from diverse departments. We listened to their experiences,
discovered the challenges they conquer, and witnessed their
innovative solutions in action. The unwavering pride and

• During our visit, we discovered that the production of EMCA at the
Humnabad Plant involves six stages. The plant efficiently churns out
an average of 300 kgs of output per day, showcasing its remarkable
productivity. The advanced production process, coupled with
stringent quality control, ensures the consistent delivery of high-
quality EMCA products.
• A key point we learned is that the plant's effective communication
system ensures smooth material management. The production team
informs the stores personnel one day prior by sharing the
production plan. This proactive approach aids in maintaining a
seamless flow of materials, contributing to the plant's overall
efficiency and success. Nichino India's dedication to excellence and

journey.

7. Quality Department
• At the Humnabad Plant, quality control is paramount. A

The storage manager facilitates smooth delivery of raw materials to the production team,
preventing shortages or delays.
Incoming materials, especially liquid substances from tankers, are received.
The plant boasts two storage areas, with consumables stored on shelves and pallets.
Finished goods are stored separately on pallets, ensuring a dry environment.
A significant portion of goods from the Humnabad Plant is designated for export.
The stores person coordinates and collaborates with procurement, production, machine
assembling, and logistics teams.
Their role plays a pivotal part in the plant's streamlined operations, maximizing efficiency and
effectiveness.
