strategy of CI; improved Plant MME from 93.25% (2012) to 95.39% (2013), 95.73% (2014) and 95.80% (YTD 2015).
• Successful Implementation of Warehouse Management System in Packaging Section
• Primary waste reduction up to 0.14% and saving of almost PKR 3.0 Millions in 2014
