• NEXT New Hire Engagement Platform is a tool to
enable organizations to collect feedback from new
employees on key HR & Organization Culture
parameters based on their initial experiences in
the Organization
• The feedback is collected using a series of 3
Surveys capturing feedback from employees after
1 week, 1 month and 3 months of joining.
• The feedback of the new employees can be used,
in conjunction with other inputs, to plan further
improvements in key HR processes like
recruitment, induction etc.
• This can help Organizations effectively tackle
critical issues around new employee attrition and
broader employee engagement.

Survey Deployment
• HR Administrators can upload details of many new employees together through an excel sheet
