In this workshop, David Hawks led participants as they explored how traditional practices like projects, budgeting, leadership directives, release cadence, etc slow organizations down. The group discussed the difference between a project-driven mindset vs a value-driven mindset, why the latter is the path forward, and what practices need to change in order to support this shift towards Next Level Agile. David defined new Agile Manifesto statements to guide participants forward. Attendees left with actionable items to implement in order to take their organization beyond Agile adoption to full Next Level Agile transformation.
