currently serves as the Chief Technology
Officer, Co-Head of Test Preparation, and
Board Observer for EIC Education, a
leading China-based counseling and test
preparation company.
Sam founded New Pathway Education in
2009 and served as its CEO and Chairman
of the Board of Directors. New Pathway is
an education company which provides test
preparation and English language training
to more than 5000 K-12 students.

3.  New Pathway has offices in Shanghai and
Beijing in China as well as New York City, USA.
New Pathway has a unique in-house
developed adaptive blended learning
platform integrated into the offline business as
part of its O2O test preparation training.
In 2014, New Pathway Education was acquired
by EIC Education, one of China's largest
private education companies, which provide
counseling and test preparation services to
more than 60,000 students a year. EIC
Education is owned by CVC Capital, a leading
private equity fund.
