Entrance exams are extremely important and stressful for Chinese students. The author describes their experience taking the entrance exam after studying six subjects for a year under a busy schedule. With over 9 million students taking the exam in 2011, the author felt immense pressure but was determined to study hard and learn to manage the stress. After passing the exam, the author was proud to have succeeded and gained admission to university.

1.  Entrance exam defiantly is the most difficult
exam in China. Chinese people think entrance
exam is one of the most important things for
Chinese students. To most students, it’s a
turning point of their levies. Entrance exam is
the first big challenge in my life as well. I
prepare for it one year. I need study six
courses at same time, including math and
English, which I’m not good at. I insist a busy
boring scheduling one year. I study in school
until 11 o’clock from Monday to Saturday.
There are over 9 million people entre
Entrance exam in 2011. Big computation
brings big pressure to me. I need do it very
serious, and study very hard. I need to learn
how to deal with pressure and push myself at
same time. Finally I pass it and entry a
University. Entrance exam makes me
understand how I pay how much I gain.
However I succeed. I’m proud of it.

2. In 2011, I graduated from Shandong
Polytechnic University. I spend four years
time, and finally I graduated. That’s my first
time leave my family and live alone. I went
to north of China, and I had to get use to so
many new things. In terms of life, before I
had live in home, I didn’t need spend many
time on thinking about eating, washing
clothes, clean room and spending plan. I
need learn how to arrange my time. It’s my
first time I have roommates, learn how to
leave with other people, and learn how to
deal with person relations. In terms of study,
study in university is more flexible. It’s
need people arrangement themselves better
and more responsible then study in high
school. I joined activities active. I joined
basketball games, and student council.
That’s my first work. Anyway, It’s one of
my pride moments in my life.

4. When I was 3-4 years old, I was beginning my electronic organ
study. It gives me the first impress of music and arte. Keep practice is
so difficult and boring process, when I was so young. But it’s very
helpful for my musicality. I still can remember some short music
sheets, which I learn when I was 4 years old. People don’t forget
things they learn when they are children. It’s like swim skill, people
would never forget how to do it if they learnt it. That’s my first time
to insist one thing. When I want give up, keep and through it. I will
achieve it.

5. This picture was taken when I was
traveling on a snow mountain in
China. It was my first time to travel
by my self. I wasted a lot of time
because I got lost in a small town
under this mountain. Although I have
a map, it’s hard to find a way in a
strange small town that just depends
on a map. I’m scare but I try to
clamed down, and found the right way
to go back to hotel. In this case, I
learnt if I believe I could though it, I
could find the solution. However how
difficult it is. This trip just let me
remember that prepare and careful are
both very important.
