National Education Policy 2020 Present updates: One of the stated aims of the policy is to instill a “deep-rooted pride” in being Indian, not only in thought, but also in spirit, intellect, and deeds, as well as to develop knowledge
Well defined and nice training guidelines at the school level are important, as schooling ends in monetary and social development. the new policy coverage introduced using the authorities of India NEP 2020 was a welcome trade and sparkling information in all the terrible circumstances surrounding the arena. The assertion of NEP 2020 came as an entire marvel to many. The modifications advocated with the aid of NEP 2020 had been something many educators had never seen before, at the same time as schooling coverage has impacted schools and higher schooling equally, this text focuses generally on NEP 2020 and its implications for better education. The paper additionally evaluations the salient capabilities of NEP and analyses how it influences existing schooling structures. The examination reveals that the policy document focuses on the development of introductory courses, professional courses, and vocational courses for the students. The objective of developing courses is to develop a student's attitude and aptitude. It also focuses on creating industry-ready and entrepreneurial orientation among the students. The NEP aims to increase the use of technology in education. There is a provision in the policy, technology or e-learning is the need of the hour (Kaurav, Rajput, & Baber, 2019). The policy also mentions that a National Education Technology Forum needs to be formed so that it could act as a podium where there can be the exchange of ideas on the use and development of technology. Previously, the education policies were offering exposure to the students which, in turn, would help the student to evolve. The current education policy focuses on a student exchange program that provides students with multiple exit points. It is visible from the examination in this study that the effort has been made to evolve the Indian education system and offer students international level pedagogy. 2024.06.01 Introducing a competency framework for languag learning materials ...Sandy Millin
http://sandymillin.wordpress.com/iateflwebinar2024
Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.

Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.

NEW EDUCATION POLICY
IN THE NATIONAL EDUCATION POLICY 2020, LANGUAGE IS A NEGATIVE FACTOR AS THERE IS A PROBLEMATIC
TEACHER TO STUDENT RATIO IN INDIA, THUS INTRODUCING MOTHER LANGUAGES FOR EACH SUBJECT IN ACADEMIC
INSTITUTES IS A PROBLEM.
SOMETIMES, FINDING A COMPETENT TEACHER BECOMES A PROBLEM AND NOW ANOTHER CHALLENGE COMES WITH
THE INTRODUCTION OF THE NEP 2020, THAT IS BRINGING STUDY MATERIAL IN MOTHER LANGUAGES.
ACCORDING TO THE NATIONAL EDUCATION POLICY 2020, STUDENTS WILLING TO COMPLETE THEIR GRADUATION
HAVE TO STUDY FOR FOUR YEARS WHILE ONE CAN EASILY COMPLETE HIS/ HER DIPLOMA DEGREE IN TWO YEARS. THIS
MIGHT ENCOURAGE THE PUPIL TO LEAVE THE COURSE MIDWAY.
9. IMPLEMENTATION
IN EARLY AUGUST 2021, KARNATAKA BECAME THE FIRST STATE TO ISSUE AN ORDER WITH REGARD TO
IMPLEMENTING NEP
ON 26 TH AUGUST 2021, MADHYA PRADESH IMPLEMENTED NEP 2020.

A BACHELOR'S DEGREE AFTER COMPLETION OF A 3-YEAR PROGRAMME
A 4-YEAR MULTIDISCIPLINARY BACHELOR'S DEGREE (THE PREFERRED OPTION)
14. CONCLUSION
WITH THE INTRODUCTION OF NEP 2020, MANY CHANGES HAVE
BEEN MADE AND ONE OF THOSE IS THE DISCONTINUATION OF
M. PHIL COURSE. EVEN THOUGH THERE ARE MANY DRAWBACKS
IN THE NEW EDUCATION POLICY, THE MERITS ARE MORE IN
NUMBER. IT IS BELIEVED BY MANY THAT BY IMPLEMENTING THESE
CHANGES, THE INDIAN ACADEMIC SYSTEM WILL BE TAKEN A STEP
HIGHER.
