This interventional study investigates the correlation between rice bran oil (RBO) intake and lipid profile in chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients undergoing hemodialysis. Results indicate that while rice bran oil intake is associated with some negative correlations in lipid profiles, such as low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, overall impacts on triglycerides and very-low-density lipoprotein (VLDL) were not significant. The study highlights the importance of dietary interventions alongside a healthy lifestyle for managing cardiovascular health in CKD patients.
