Ned Kelly was an Australian bushranger born in 1854 in Beveridge, Victoria. He became a bushranger after being influenced by Harry Power and facing harsh treatment from police who often wrongly blamed him for crimes. Kelly engaged in stealing from the rich to help the poor and gained notoriety for killing three police officers. He was captured and hanged in 1880 at the age of 26. His homemade armor was crafted from heavy iron plough parts.
