Witnesseth
This contract is made effective as of January 19, 2022 by and between Star Event Services
and Mrs. Loida Mariano Castelo. The contract services as an agreement of distribution of
services and compensation in the planning of senior high school graduation ceremony, which
be held on June 02, 2023.
Payment
Payment for our services shall be made in two installments. A 50% deposit is due upon
signing this contract, and the remaining balance is payable on the day of the event. The
clients agrees to pay the total amount of P211, 480 to us. A non-refundable deposit of 50%
P105, 740 will be made as an initial deposits and due on the date that this contact goes into
effect. The remaining P105, 740 is payable on the day after the event.
DATE AND CHARGES AND CANCELLATION
We will be responsible for organizing the program, coordinating with the participants, and
ensuring that the event runs smoothly from start to finish. Please note that any changes to the
event details or cancellation of the event must be made in writing at least 1 month prior to the
event date. In the case of cancellation, the deposit will be non-refundable.
