The NAVEKSA SHOPFLOOR system is the tool for planning and execution of the production.

SHOPFLOOR equals optimization of flow and processes based on the principles of optimal queue and sequence
control.
SHOPFLOOR equals paperless production. All pieces of information are available on screen – clock in/clock out, jobs
initiated, jobs completed, show drawing(s), show order and process instructions, show parts list and material
shortages, route, process instructions etc.
SHOPFLOOR is a operator self-service system – The operator is able to monitor the current processes and see the
subsequent jobs.
The planning part of SHOPFLOOR eliminates planning boards, post-it notes, numerous conversations, telephone calls,
the "Adidas" method, e-mails and planning by the plant manager.
SHOPFLOOR provides the management and planner with a good grasp of the production, also in case of coproductions (production families).
SHOPFLOOR is user-friendly and intuitive and delivers all the necessary pieces of information via only two screens.
SHOPFLOOR equals data collection of clock in/clock out times, integrated with NAVEKSA Time & Attendance (TA)
(Payroll services) or Advanced (Lessor TA)
SHOPFLOOR client for the production floor is an integrated standalone application, which only requires a limited NAV

inventory profile for the availability of an item or a parts list as well as a simulation of the
consequences of unforeseen delivery deviations.

The ITEMPLANNING tool enables correct inventory projections, provides an overview of the consequences
of the inventory projections and the effect on stock levels and renders it possible to make the right decisions
in any situation, also in relation to sales, purchasing, planning and stock.

unforeseen changes in the schedule (for instance delayed purchase orders).
ITEMPLANNING renders it possible to break down a parts list product into components in order to identify
